This is a letter written written by Zhou Yixian to Dr. Frank Fu, Director at the Springfield College International Center, ca. November 11, 1981. In the letter Zhou talks about a visit to the United States by the Women's Chinese National Basketball Team. Zhou Yixian was one of the first Chinese visitors after the Cultural Revolution in China to come to Springfield College. These were three coaches: Yunpeng Chen, Gongcheng Chen, and Yixian Zhou, and they came from the All-China Sport Federation, People’s Republic of China, to train in Springfield College via the operation of National Committee on United State-China Relations on November 1978.
