This photograph shows Peter V. Karpovich standing with his wife, Josephine Rathbone, dressed in Halloween costumes during a a Halloween party held on October 31, 1949. Rathbone is wearing and holding her mask, and has a sign around her neck that says "10. The Boss!!" Karpovich is wearing a hat, mask and a long flowing skirt like pants for his Halloween costume. The picture is found in a scrapbook thought to have been collected by Prof. Karpovich for the years 1947-1956. For more information on Peter V.
