The team finished the season with an overall record of 10 wins and 6 losses, in DeGoat's 15th season as Head coach of the Springfield College baseball team. DeGoat went on to coach for 1 more season before ending his 16 season coaching career at Springfield, with a career record of 139 wins, 118 losses, and 0 ties, a winning percentage of .541.
