Description:
This report is a memo to all faculty from Paul U. Congdon. The subject for this report is the Special Task Force. This report is dated May 23, 1969. The report covers the reason for implementing this task force and highlights the Black demands met by the college at that time. Areas that are covered more in depth later in the report include: Admissions staff, scholarships for black students, black faculty, orientation week, the black studies program, the black cultural center, and increased black membership on the board of trustees. On the front page is written, "File Black Demands." The second page has two things crossed out with the correction.
