This report is to President Locklin from the Interim Committee. The subject is the Collegium and it dated April 7, 1970. This report outlines the plans for a collegium and the intended budget necessary to carryout the collegium. The campus issues leading up to this collegium are listed: Racism on campus, student and faculty relationships, judicial processes, student participation, the role of the trustees, and the humanicas conference. Three responsibilities of the collegium and the interim committee are also provided. Finally, the interim committee submitted a proposed budget attached to the report.
