This is a memorandum written by Wilbert E. Locklin, President of Springfield College, to the Springfield College Trustees and Corporators titled, "Massasoit Hall Take-over, Report No. 1. It is dated March 18, 1970 and discusses the events that occurred during the takeover and the actions taken since then to alleviate the situation. There are notes on the pages and some sections have been struck out. It is three pages long.
