This is a memorandum written by Wilbert E. Locklin, President of Springfield College, to the Springfield College Trustees and Corporators titled, "Massasoit Hall Take-over, Report No. 3. It is dated April 9, 1970. Dr. Locklin attaches attaches a letter from the Student Council and his response, both dated April 3, 1970, and copies of five newspaper articles published by the Springfield Union and the Springfield Daily News.
