This is a copy of the original act that changed the name of the YMCA Training School to the International YMCA Training School (now known as Springfield College) signed by the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on February 19, 1891. The copy was sent to Springfield College along with with a letter to verify that the photostatic copy was true on Oct. 7, 1957.
