This 20 page manuscript contains copies of the charters and Revised By-Laws for the International YMCA College, now known as Springfield College. The By-Laws, describing things like how to elect Trustees, form committees, and the duties of the treasurer, secretaries, etc., were adopted in 1936 with amendments adopted in June 1944. The charters includes a copy of the 1890 charter establishing the Young Men's Christian Association Training School and the 1912 charter changing the schools name to The International Young Men's Christian Association College. The document is bound in Maroon heavy paper and tied with a maroon ribbon. The front cover has fallen off and is no longer attached.
