The 1988-1989 Springfield College baseball team were coached by coach Charles N. Roys and had a record of 25 and 16. They were conference champions for the Northeast-10 collegiate division. and went to the Northeast Regions were they lost to Adelphi 2, Springfield 1 (10 inn.) New Haven 3, Springfield 2 (10 inn.).
