This is a video of the Fifteenth Annual YMCA Hall of Fame Induction ceremony that took place on June 5, 1999. Jacob T. Bowne, Max Clowers, John deBarbadillo, and Yoritada Wada were inducted. The video is around 60 minutes long. It starts with still photographs of the inductees. The ceremony takes place in the Marsh Memorial Building on the campus of Springfield College. Gerry Davis, Library Director at Springfield College, speaks a bit about Jacob T. Bowne, and inductees give brief speeches. Cliff Smith introduces John deBarbadillo and Harold C. Smith speaks on behalf of Yoritada Wada. Digital technician who digitized file wrote, "Begins with blue screen. Video is a bit dark. Audio has room echo and is poor quality. Visible head switching at bottom of screen. Ends with snow."; VHS was originally misidentified as coming from the 1995 induction ceremony. This mistake was discovered when the VHS tape was digitized.;
