There is footage of the town of Arcata, including City Hall and downtown. There is also footage of a man using a large net to scoop fish out of a fish farm and of birds, animals around a lake. The technician who digitized this video wrote, "Begins with color bars Audio is nat sound and on channel 1 only. More B-roll shots. Ends with black."
