Raw video footage on Arcata California Wastewater management and fisheries research. This is tape #5 of 8 tapes on the subject. The tape is about 20 minutes long. The video starts off with more shots of the lake and ponds. This video also has two interviews. One interview with Frank Klapp, director of public works in Arcata, and a second with Steven C. Tyler, Deputy Director of Public Works. The technician who digitized this video wrote, "Begins with color bars and then more B-roll and new interviews. Audio is on channel 1 only. Recorded to end of tape so end of encode is a few seconds of rewinding." According to the writing on the tape and casette case this is "ARCATA #5." There is no "ARACATA #6" tape in the collection. ;
