The team was led by head coach Leo Netter and captain Lloyd Sanborn. The team finished the season with 5 wins and 4 losses in Netter's 5th and final season as head coach. Netter coached the Springfield College lacrosse team from 1933-1937 and finished his coaching career with an overall record of 30 wins and 12 losses, a winning percentage of .714.
