Letter to Alberto Regina from Rafael H. Ribero (April 8, 1946)
Description:
This letter was written on April 8, 1846 to Alberto Regina from Rafael H. Ribero, the Assistant Secretary of Public Instruction. The heading is from the Argentina Ministry of Justice and Public Instruction. The letter's subject is unclear, but a loose translation reads, “I have the pleasure of writing to inform you that, by decree issued on the day of the day it has been confirmed in four hours a week of science and letters, with interim character (Article 11) plays at the National Institute of Physical Education ‘General Belgran’.” At the bottom is a handwritten note which translates to: “Having confirmed four hours, ten hours are effectively what I have.” The lower left corner has the official stamp of the Ministry of Justice and Public Instruction.
