The typed text is to the left of the photograph. In the photograph, Tom is standing in front of a wall and smiling. He is wearing a Springfield College hat and a shirt with number 29 on it. The introduction is about Tom's baseball career and his occupation after graduating from Springfield College. Tom Willerson is a member of class 1982, majored in physical education. He is regarded as one of the hardest throwing pitchers at Springfield College in recent years. In his junior year, he was named to the 1981 NCAA Division II All-District Team and drafted by the Toronto Blue Jay, but turned it down to finish his degree. After graduated from Springfield College, Tom Willerson was drafted by the Atlanta Braves in the 12th round and signed a one-year contract. He earned his M.Ed. degree in 1985 and ran the Westgate Chiropractic Clinic with his wife, Dr. Andrea Korda-Willerson, in Portland, Maine. The item used to be a health questionnaire and the introduction was typed on the back of it. The photograph was taped beside the introduction. There is no indicator to determine the date of creation.
