It is a narrative on the story of gymnastics at Springfield College from the founding of the school to 1970. On the cover of this narrative is gymnast Judy Markell who graduated from Springfield College in 1972. On the second page is a full page photograph of a Tableau performance from 1939. The third page gives a Forward for the narrative and a Dedication. On the fourth page the narrative begins. There are subsections to the narrative including Memorable Moments, The Boys from Cleveland, The Demand Grows, Specialty Numbers, Louis C. Schroeder '12, Teacher-Coach, A New Era, The Statuary Story, Top Gymnasts of the 1950's, National Recognition, Shining Stars of the Sixties, The College Goes Co-Ed, The Gymnasts of the '50's, Story Without End, and Springfield's Girls. The last page of the narrative shows a black and white drawn picture of a male gymnast.
