A booklet reviewing the 100 years of gymnastics exhibitions at Springfield College. The manuscript was researched, written and put together by long-time Women's Gymnastics Coach Cheryl A. Raymond and Men's Gymnastics Coach, Frank Wolcott. Assistance was provided by Matt Davis, future Men's Gymnastics Coach and graduate student at Springfield College at the time. The first page of the booklet shows two images of gymnasts from two different time periods. On the third page there is a Forward, explaining how the information was gathered for the booklet. On the fourth page begins the hundred points reviewing the main points in history that defined gymnastics at Springfield College. The hundred points are in chronological order. The hundreth point is on page 37. On page 38 through 40 are the Coaching Accomplishments. On page 41 there is a general description of Springfield College and the school's history.
