A photograph of men working outside, clearing the grounds on a hill on the campus of the International YMCA Training School (now Springfield College) sometime in November, 1898. Four of the men are pushing a wheel barrel, and about two feet wide boards are laid down to make pushing the wheel barrel easier. There are trees and housing on the background.
