These are pages from a scrapbook about the life and career of Norman Steinberg. 23 pages were scanned, and a total of 27 files were created, including 3 pages contained on the sixth scrapbook page of an article tilted "Joe Sobek Recalls the Genesis of Modern Day Racquetball." Most of the articles and materials contain information on Norman Steinberg's career in racquetball, including his multiple national championships. There are photos of him, his doubles teammates, and some of his opponents. There is also mention of his giving blood six times a year to the Red Cross, and some talk about his career at the New Britain YMCA. There are also a couple of photos of him and his family. Articles and photographs appear to have been published or taken between 1955 to 1975. Whole scrapbook was not digitized. Only pages that had information that referred to his Racquetball or Paddleball career, and/or had information about his career in the New Britain, ct. YMCA.; There was no original order to the pages of the scrapbook. Items were scanned in the order they were given.; Most scrapbook pages were covered in plastic sleeves. These sleeves were folded back or items removed so that there would not be a glare to the items. In addition, items folded within the sleeves were, where they could be, unfolded or moved so that complete story or article could be seen. Not all of folded or covered items were able to be moved or unfolded.; Original pages were scanned and returned to the family. A print facsimile was placed within a folder in the collection;
