The photograph shows Donna Masterson dribbling a basketball forward towards the hoop as a player for the opposing team, Southern Vermont, trails behind her. Masterson holds the ball in her left hand and is in the process of running as both of her feet are lifted in the air. Donna Masterson was a women's basketball player for Springfield College from the years 1994-1998. Masterson averaged around 13-14 points a game during her time at Springfield College and was a phenomenal player who won many awards. She also consistently led her team in three point field goal percentage and consistently was a force on the glass averaging around 5-6 rebounds per season. She was inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame at Springfield College in 2020.
