Masterson was the eighth women's basketball player to reach 1000 points scored for Springfield College. Donna averaged around 13-14 points a game over her time playing, and was a great three point shooter as she led the team in 3 point field goal shotting percentage. Masterson was inducted into the Springfield College Athletic Hall of Fame in 2020.
