This is a copy of a letter written by Wilbert E. Locklin, President of Springfield College, and sent to Richard J. Rorapaugh, a student at Springfield College (Class of 1972). The letter is dated April 14, 1970. The letter is written in response to a letter from Rorapaugh, who had participated in the Hunger Strike for Student Rights that took place on the campus, dated April 12, 1970.
