"Now It's Time to Say Goodbye...to College" photograph (ca. 1973)
Description:
A photogrpah of Springfield College students who played Disney characters at Eastfield Mall shows that were graduating. There is Mickey Mouse, Goofy and Pluto. SC students include, Ed Mrozek - Goofy Dave Rocco - Pluto Paulette Beaulieu - Mickey, according to the back of the photogrpah. There are also "four" femail mouseketeers wearing mouse ears and white turtlenecks with their namse listed on it. On the back of the photograph the date says Oct. or Nov. 1973. There was a newspaper article that describes what is going on. The newspaper is dated May 23, 1975 and it is written by Mary Migliore. Springfield College alumnus Eliott Baker was mentioned in the article as the Head Mouseketeer who was to receive a master's degree in education and student personnel.
