A portrait photograph of J. W. Seaver. Dr. J. W. Seaver was the director of the School of Physical Education in Chautauqua, New York. Seaver was also the head of the Yale University gymnasium. Seaver was also on the advisory committee for the Triangle Publishing Company, a Springfield College publication.
