This is a copy of a memo written by The Program Committee for the Black Cultural Center to Dr. Jesse Parks, Dean of Students John Costello, Springfield College President Wilbert E. Locklin, and Black Cultural Center director Charles L. Miller. The memo is dated February 21, 1973. The memo states the committees opinion that Charles Miller should not be the director of the Springfield College Black Cultural Center.
