A letter from Ralph L. Cheney to Felix Rossetti written on November 25, 1919. In the letter, Cheney writes that he had just returned from Detroit but is glad to hear that Rossetti is in America. Cheney invites Rossetti to come and visit campus. Ralph L. Cheney served as the head of Springfield College’s Secretarial Department from 1907 to 1924. Before taking this position, he worked as a YMCA secretary in Albany and Niagara Falls, New York. Felix Rossetti was born in India. Rossetti went to Springfield College in 1913 and graduated in 1916. After graduation he joined the British troops in Mesopotamia as a secretary, later becoming an equipment secretary in the Mesopotamia region. After the war, he spent most of his career working for the YMCA in Calcutta, including "Emergency War Service" for the YMCA in India during World War II. Rossetti died in 1970.
