This two-page document is the Construction Report to the District Military Inspector for the Barracks, Latrine, and Kitchen improvements (Woods Hall) constructed on the campus of Springfield College, at the time the International YMCA College, in support of the Student Army Training Corps who trained and were housed on campus during World War I.
