This letter, dated January 19, 1919, solicits a letter from C.E.V. (Clarence) Nathanielsz. The author asks that Nathanielcz provide information on himself and any other alumni who served in World War 1. Nathanielcz's response letter was to be read for faculty and students in honor of the College's alumni who served in World War 1. C.E.V. (Clarence E.) Nathanielsz was a graduate of the Springfield College class of 1911. He returned to India in 1916. Later, he returned to serve as a pastor in New Haven. By 1932, Nathanielsz worked as the secretary to the YMCA Bombay Charity Commission in Columbo, Ceylon. (Ceylon is now known as Sri Lanka.)
