  <mods:abstract>A letter from Percy H. Quinlan to an unknown recipient dated February 12, 1918. In the letter, Quinlan updates the recipient about what he is doing and where he hopes to go. Quinlan states that he will be happy to get on a ship and start the life of adventure. The letter may have been sent to Prof. Ralph Cheney as it was placed with letters addressed and written by him.</mods:abstract>
