This is a certified photostatic copy of the authorization of the International YMCA College, now Springfield College, to grant additional degrees given by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on February 1, 1926. The document is for the additional degrees of Bachelor of Science and Master of Education. The document is signed by Speaker of the House and the President of the Senate. There is also a letter signed by the secretary of the Commonwealth certifying that this copy is true.
