A two-page Springfield College News Release on the replacing the artificial turf on Benedum Field and dated May 21, 1978. The release was sent announcing that the Poly-Turf used on Benedum Field was being replaced with a new synthetic product called SuperTurf. It gives the reasons it is being replaced and some information on the history of the field and how it has been used.
