This presentation was delivered by Springfield College alumna Pam Hixon (Class of 1973) and hosted by SC alumna and faculty member Dr. Mimi Murray. Hixon played field hockey and softball when studying at SC and she coached SC Women's lacrosse team after graduation. She became a coach for the US Olympic field hockey team in 1996. The presentation was part of the event entitled "Springfield College and the Olympics" which was held on November 7, 2007 and the event was part of a series that Dr. Mimi Murray put on when she was Springfield College's Distinguished Professor of Humanics in 2007-2008.
