A photograph of the 1976-1977 Springfield College men's gymnastics team. In the photograph the team members are lined up in three rows. The team members are standing on risers and are wearing white pants and dark shirts with the SC (Springfield College) emblem. Under Coach Frank Wolcott, the Springfield College men's gymnastics team won the 1977 NCAA Division II Championship. It was held at Wheaton College in Illinois on March 25th. The team amassed a total of 395.95 points, easily out distancing second place University of California Northridge. The team finished their dual meet schedule with a record of 5-4, but all defeats came against Division I Schools.
