This is a letter written by Donald G. Smith, Assistant Cultural Affairs Officer of the US Foreign Service, to Dr. Jesse L. Parks, a professor at Springfield College. It is dated September 22, 1962. In the letter Mr. Smith talks about translations of newspaper articles from Cairo and says that he and his students made a great impression.
