  <mods:abstract>This is a two-part, silent, black and white, silent 16mm film that shows part of the men's NCAA Gymnastics Championships and the Springfield College Gymnastics exhibition team performing. The film is not dated, but looks to have been sometime in the 1940s and 50s. The total film is around three and a half minutes long. The NCAA championship part lasts about two minutes and fifteen seconds. The rest is the SC Gymnastics exhibition team performing, mostly with the parallel bars. It is not known whether SC performed at the championships or whether they are two separate events. Technician who digitized film wrote, "some shots underexposed/dark."; Labeled on tin as "Men's Gymnastics Exhibition Dancers BW No Date";</mods:abstract>
