Fifteenth tape in a series of recordings for Josphine Rathbone's course on Relaxation. The series has 19 tapes. Film is in black and white, and runs half an hour in length. The course was held and filmed in the Memorial Field House on the campus of Springfield College. At present the exact date is not known, but the class was most likely held in the early to mid-seventies. For biography of Josephine L. Begins with snow and takes a few seconds for video to lock. At around :25 the picture abruptly changes to black and fades back up. Audio levels vary quite a bit. Has skewing at the top of the screen and intermittent video dropout. Picture gets a bit jumpy near the end. Ends in snow.";
