Photograph of an occupational therapist and nurse working with two children in a classroom on simple recreational activities. They are all sitting at a desk. There are large metal tins and a peg board. The nurse is wearing a nurse dress and cap. There is a note on the backside of the photograph - see item notes. On the back of the photograph is a note, "A nurse and the occupational therapist at Monson State Hospital here work with two of the special members of the group of patients with with very low mentality, in an attempt to introduce them to very simple recreational devices."
