This is a Letter to Jose A. Sordo, of the Union Athletica de Amateurs de Cuba, from Leslie Mann, the executive secretary and treasurer of the International Amateur Baseball Federation, dated November 29, 1938. It is Letter #5 of six numbered letters concerning the hosting of the 1939 John Moores Cup Series, also known as the World's Amateur Baseball Championship. The letters may have been reproduced and included in a mailing, as this is not the original. This letter is in answer to the letter from Jose A. Sordo, dated November 29, 1938. It outlines the final agreements, including the elimination of the sanction fee, for the hosting of the John Moores Cup in Cuba.
