This 20 page document is titled, "Springfield College Welcomes you". It is rules and advice written for the women's dormitories. The exact date it was created is not known, but given the dates of graduation of the editors and artist it probably was written and used between 1960 and 1962. The pamphlet talks about Laundry, communications, quiet hours, smoking, guests and what to wear among other things. The editor of the pamphlet was Gail Stevenson and the artwork was done by Nancy Olds. There are many sketches of what is described in the pamphlet.
