This Service Award plaque was given to Dr. Mimi Murray, Springfield College Faculty member, by the North Carolina Association for Health Physical Education Recreation and Dance (NCAHPERD) in recognition for her distinguished service. The plaque is wood with a metal plate that says, "The NCAHPERD presents A Service Award to Mimi Murray in recognition of distinguished service to the professions of health, physical education, recreation, and dance November 11, 1993 Lynn Berle, President NCAHPERD.".
