Description:
This is a three-page report titled "Report of the Student Faculty Hearing Committee of Springfield College concerning the occupation of the Administration Building, April 6, 1970." It was written on February 22, 1971 by the Student Faculty Hearing Committee. It finds all the defendants guilty of wrongfully occupying the building and their reprimand for that act and it deals with penalties assigned by the majority of the judges and a minority opinion. The documents lists the penalties and rulings with the name of students.
