  <mods:abstract>A portrait photograph of Charles D. Todd. He is shown in his sailors uniform. The photograph is inside a photograph holder with a flap that opens to the photograph. There is a writing on the inside flap of the photograph, but it is faded and it is hard to read. Charles D. Todd (1892-1977) was born in Middletown, NY. He atteneded Springfield, Mass., Technical High School and graduated from Springfield college with a B.P.E. degree class of 1918. He did graduate work at New York University and served in the Navy during World War I. He was very active in organizing American Legion, V.F.W. and Masonic orders receiving numerous awards. This document/photograph was contained within an envelope held in the back of the scrapbook. It has been removed and placed within a folder in the back of the scrapbook.;</mods:abstract>
