This is a 16mm, silent, black and white film of Springfield College Gymnasts practicing in West Gymnasium in Judd Gymnasia. The film is a bit over six and a half minutes long. Nearly the first five minutes of the film shows male gymnasts performing on the rings. This is followed by a brief shot of half the gym with the men performing on the high bar and trampoline. Women gymnasts can be seen behind them performing on the beam. Then in quick succession there are clips of a gymnast performing on the pommel horse or side horse and on the trampoline. Most of the gymnasts are wearing either one or two stripe shirts. Technician who digitized film wrote, "good condition."; Written on some tape on the original reel was "Rings High Bar Side Horse + Trampoline SPFL. College Gymnastics."; Original reel and note was tossed when film was digitized and restored.;
