The card itself measures 3" x 1 1/2" The plastic case, which appears to be sealed, measures 7 1/2" x 3 1/4". The card itself says "Leslie Mann C.F. - Chicago Cubs. 108" It shows him in a batting stance, wearing dirty uniform. The stands are behind him.
