A pamphlet created by the Secretarial Bureau of teh International Committee of the Young Men's Christian Associations. It is titled, "Manhood Engineering: A challanging Opportunity." It talks about all the different opportunities in the YMCA, using pictures and text. These opportunities include general secretaryship, county work, railroad secretary, industrial fields, military, higher education and student secretaries, Boys' Work, and Foreign work. Finally it talks about where you can get the education to pursue these fields. This includes the George Williams College and the International YMCA College, now Springfield College. This document was inside the time capsule for Springfield College's Alumni Hall which was opened in June 2017. The Alumni Hall time capsule was placed in the cornerstone of Alumni Hall on September 22, 1926. The time capsule was removed from the cornerstone during renovations conducted in 2015. The time capsule was officially opened on June 10, 2017 during reunion weekend.
