The article talks about the additions of Varsity Soccer, Cross Country and Golf being added to Women's Varsity Sports at Springfield College. There are also other short passages about other local collegiate sports within the article. These materials come from Coach Herbert Zettl's personal materials. In 2021, Coach Zettl graciously allowed the Archives to digitize and create facsimiles of materials to use in an exhibit. Facsimiles were created of each item and placed in a folder in the Soccer Team Records. Originals are still with Coach Zettl.
