This is page four of the November 12, 1981 issue of The Springfield Student, the student run newspaper at Springfield College. The main article on this photograph is titled "Women's Soccer Champs" written by Cathy Derrick. It talks about the Springfield College Soccer Team winning the Division II-III New England Soccer Association. It gives descriptions of the games and about the team itself. There are two other articles on the page, including an article about the men's soccer team written by Kathleen Monahan and an update on the Wrestling Team. These materials come from Coach Herbert Zettl's personal materials. In 2021, Coach Zettl graciously allowed the Archives to digitize and create facsimiles of materials to use in an exhibit. Facsimiles were created of each item and placed in a folder in the Soccer Team Records. Originals are still with Coach Zettl.
