This is a photograph of Springfield College (then the International YMCA College) president, Laurence Locke Doggett with faculty members James McCurdy, Alonzo Stagg, George Affleck and Peter Karpovich. The men are all wearing suits and standing in the image. It is not exactly known what event this picture was taken at, but it was during one of the many visits of Alum and founder of the Springfield College Football Program, Amos Alonzo Stagg.
