  <mods:abstract>This is a digital file of a VHS tape called "Springfield College Seminar, 1965-1966." The video is about 33 minutes in length. It consists of a series of distinct video footage that document the Springfield College Seminar abroad, which was a year long study abroad program involving 20 Springfield College students and based in Edinburgh Scotland. Dr. George Rich was the faculty adviser. The first part of the video is a slide show of still photographs of students, places visited and events that occurred during the seminar. It is set to music. It lasts about 15 minutes. It is followed by what appears to be a silent film with piano background music. The main character seems to be a young women. It lasts for another 10 minutes. It is followed by a short films set to music of scenes and places. This continues to the end of the tape.</mods:abstract>
